Pricing

You pay for how much you shoot.

Not per seat, not per project. A plan is a photo ceiling, because storing and analysing photographs is what actually costs us money. Every plan files automatically — that is the product, not an upsell.

Prices are being finalised for launch. Snapline is billed through the App Store, so the final numbers are set on the App Store product listings. Ask us for the launch pricing and we will send it before you commit to anything.

The questions people actually ask

What happens when I hit the ceiling?

Nothing is deleted, and nothing you have already shot is taken away. New photos are held on your device and recorded as waiting, and the app tells you which plan would take the pile you are sitting on. Move up and they import.

Does a photo I delete free up room?

Yes.

Is the automatic filing on the cheap plan too?

Yes. Charging extra for the filing would be charging extra for the app.

Can the whole crew use one account?

Team members are on Crew and Company. Everyone shoots into the same library under their own name, so you can see who documented what.

How do I cancel?

In your Apple ID subscription settings, the same as any App Store subscription. Cancelling stops the billing; your photos stay until you delete them or delete the account.

What if I want out entirely?

Export your photos, then use account deletion. We do not keep a copy to change your mind with.

Tell us what you shoot and we'll tell you the plan.
