Snapline is one loop: you shoot, it files, you correct what it got wrong, and everything after that — searching, reporting, proving — runs off the filing. Here is the whole thing.
Shoot without deciding anything
Open the camera from anywhere in the app — the tab bar, a project, an empty gallery. Take one photo or forty. Turn on Measure and tap two points if the span matters.
Nothing asks you to choose a folder, a project or a tag first. That question is the reason job-site photos never get filed, so Snapline doesn't ask it.
It uploads even when the signal doesn't
Photos go into a real upload queue on the device. Basements, elevator shafts, rural sites: the queue waits, retries, and picks up where it left off. If something genuinely failed, the app tells you and gives you the button to fix it.
Your own copy stays in your camera roll.
Snapline reads the picture
It writes a plain-language caption, picks the trade (plumbing, electrical, drywall…) and the phase (rough-in, inspection, finish…), and matches the photo to one of your projects.
Matching uses the job you're working in. If your company turns photo location on, it can also use where the photo was taken.
Anything uncertain goes to Review
Snapline does not quietly guess. When it isn't confident, the photo lands in Review with a badge, and Review is a two-second job: swipe right to accept, left to dismiss.
Everything it was confident about is already filed and searchable while you're still on site.
Find it months later
Filter by project, phase, trade, tag or date. Or type the question: “kitchen rough-in at Maple Street”. The assistant searches the captions Snapline wrote and the notes you added.
Turn it into something you can send
Select the photos, get a branded PDF with your logo, captions, annotations and measurements — or a live link the customer opens in a browser with nothing to install. You choose what goes in.

Nothing is lost when you hit a limit
If your library is full, Snapline records the photo it couldn't take yet and imports it when there's room. It never silently drops one.
The crew shoots into one library
Owners, admins and members. Members document; changing the company's settings and bulk deletion stay with the owner.
You can leave with your data
Export what you have, and delete the account and everything in it from inside the app or from this website.
