End User License Agreement

Last updated: SEPTEMBER 2026

This is the licence for the Snapline application itself. Your use of the Snapline service is governed by the Terms of Service, and your data by the Privacy Policy. Where this licence and the Terms of Service differ on the same subject, the Terms of Service prevail.

1. The licence

This End User License Agreement is a contract between you and Voice2Jobs Inc. (“we”, the “Developer”) for the Snapline application and any updates to it. It is an agreement with us alone, not with Apple. By downloading or using Snapline you accept it.

2. Scope and usage rules

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Snapline on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, and as permitted by Family Sharing or volume purchasing where applicable.

3. What you may not do

You may not: copy the app except as this licence allows; sell, rent, lease, sublicense or redistribute it; reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble it except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law; remove any proprietary notice; or use it to build a competing product.

4. Ownership

Snapline is licensed to you, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title and interest in the app, including all intellectual property in it. Your own content remains yours — see the Terms of Service.

5. Subscriptions

Snapline offers auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial, where one is offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

6. Maintenance and support

We are solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for Snapline. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services in respect of the app. Support requests go to support@voice2jobs.com.

7. Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple gives no warranty with respect to Snapline. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you (where a purchase price was paid). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to any warranty are our sole responsibility.

8. Product claims

We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to Snapline or your possession and use of it, including: product liability claims; any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation, including in connection with the app's use of any health or fitness frameworks (which Snapline does not use).

9. Intellectual property claims

In the event of any third-party claim that Snapline or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

11. Third-party terms

You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using Snapline — for example, your wireless data service agreement.

12. Apple as third-party beneficiary

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement, and upon your acceptance of it Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce it against you as a third-party beneficiary.

13. Term and termination

This licence lasts until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach it, and you may end it by deleting the app and your account. On termination you must stop using Snapline and delete all copies.

14. Governing law

This licence is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
